Vine training system and planting density: Modified Casarsa-trained at 4,500 vines per hectare

Harvest period and method: first 10 days of September, manual harvest

The vinification and ageing of the Langhe Chardonnay “Educato” takes place partly in stainless steel and partly in French oak barrique. Bottling takes place in May-June.
